We explain who runs this site, how the content is created and what you deliberately will not find here.
In short: This is an independent information service on delays, cancelled trains and passenger rights. It has no connection to Deutsche Bahn or any other transport company. We offer general orientation, not individual legal advice.
What we want
A delay is rarely the right moment for long research. That is why we arrange information so that the most important steps come first: what to do, which proof helps, how a claim works. The background follows afterwards.
Independence
This site is not an offer of a transport company and is not operated or commissioned by any transport company. We do not use logos or marks of Deutsche Bahn and deliberately design the site independently.

How the content is created
- The texts are written by our editors and formulated in plain language.
- Information on rights and procedures is based on publicly available official information.
- Each page carries a review date. If rules change, affected pages are updated.
- Where an answer depends on the individual case, we say so clearly – instead of suggesting certainty.
What you will not get here
- no individual legal advice
- no representation towards a transport company
- no promise that a claim exists or will be enforced
- no binding information on prices, timetables or bookings

Reporting errors
We take care, but cannot rule out mistakes. If you notice an incorrect or outdated statement, you can let us know. The quickest way is the contact option given in the Legal notice. We check every report and correct the affected passage.
No advertising in editorial content
